So I was having one of those days when my water heater just decided to quit. Not great! Pretty much needed a fix real quick, so I hopped online to find someone in Pasadena. That's how I stumbled across EatonCanyon Appliance Repair. They had some solid reviews, and I figured, why not?
I called them up, and the person on the phone was super friendly, which was nice. Got an appointment pretty fast – didn't have to wait long at all. The technician showed up right on time, clean uniform, ready to go. First thing I noticed, they were super professional yet quite casual in their approach, which put me at ease.
The guy checked my water heater thoroughly, explaining issues like a friend would, not talking down to me at all. He had all this high-tech gear that probably helps spot issues faster but really, he knew his stuff. Turned out, it was something simple but overlooked, and he fixed it promptly.
What I really appreciated was that he didn’t try to upsell me unnecessary services, just got my water heater repair done efficiently, almost like he was fixing his own. Plus, the cost didn’t break the bank. All in all, it was a smooth experience, and I’m definitely keeping their number for any future hiccups.
